Founded in 1990, Michael Huggins and Philip Burrowes bring over sixty years experience to the current practice. Their experience invludes many multi-family residential projects ranging in size from duplex housing to 300-unit five star resorts. Their extensive portfolio includes many award-winning projects throughout British Columbia, including the recently completed Four Seasons Resort and Four Seasons Residences in Whistler.

The Interior Design concept was formed within the relationship between the Exchange building’s industrial past, modern artful living, and inspiration drawn from the heritage details. The simplicity of materials, practicality of multi-functional spaces, and sensitivity to sightlines resulted in an honest approach to this project.
